Opening a Business in the US: 10 steps

Do you ever wake up thinking: “I want to open a business in the US“, but still do not know how? Here are 10 steps that will help you open your business in the US and realize that dream, check it out:

• Speak with a consultant about the types of companies and resources in the US
• Create a Business Plan (define location, corporate structure, Marketing, etc.)
• Create a product or service prototype and perfect it to an ideal point
• Get the appropriate visas (the most common are EB-5 and L1) if you want to live there
• Acquire the licenses related to your type of business
• Each state has its rules, know how they are in the state where you want to act
• Hire a registrar (person who will receive mail for you in the US)
• Get the Social Security number, which will be used to declare taxes
• Open a US corporate bank account for cash flow
• Hire a lawyer to advise you with various contracts and documents

Remember: Dream while you are sleeping, but when you wake up, try to keep your feet on the ground. Think about the possible scenarios before making decisions and do not squander your investor’s resources, as they may not be available in the future.
