Passport renewal

For passport renewal, it is mandatory that you present the previous passport, if it is still valid. The new passport is valid for 10 years. If the previous passport is still valid and is not presented, the new passport will only be valid for 4 years. The passport is usually ready by the 30 day deadline.

For those who have lost their passport while traveling and still intend to travel to other countries, it is necessary to apply for a new passport. This requires a fee, depending on how urgently you need it, it can be ready in a few days or even on the same day. Remember, depending on the consular authority, the validity of a rushed passport document may not be the same as the standard passport.

Power of Attorney

For those who need a legally recognized representative to  him in certain situations, a proxy is necessary.

Power of Attorney is a document that grants a person legal “powers” by another person (grantor) enabling that person to act on his or her behalf. Any action permitted by law may be a matter for power of attorney, except wills of personal testimony and adoptions.

Because it is a mandate document, the power of attorney can be public or private.
