Two forms of identification, usually a passport and some other document, it can be a credit card with your name on it. To open a corporate account you will need to present the Incorporation Documents together with the EIN (same as the CNPJ in Brazil).
In some situations where the company was incorporated in a state where business information is confidential such as Wyoming, Delaware, etc … the bank will request a third document which we call a certificate of good standing. This same certificate is used to apply for the EIN with the IRS.
